NBA United States

The NBA USA squad is in the middle of rebuilding after its disappointing showing at the World Cup. The players are not as experienced as their international counterparts, but the star power and chemistry that made the US team so successful last year is still present. Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, Bam Adebayo, and Zach LaVine all score in double figures. Other notables in the roster are Khris Middleton and Devin Booker.

The partnership with UMKC has the promise of expanding basketball training for the players. This program involves the collaboration of four entities. Former Dream Team trainer Ed Lacerte will run the program, which will emphasize life skills education. Sessions will focus on a variety of topics, including positive decision-making, healthy relationships, cultural understanding, leadership, and collegiate eligibility. Moreover, the partnership will also promote the development of the next generation of American basketball players.

A US roster will feature NBA All-Stars like Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and James Harden, among others. Some of the other stars in the competition will not be available in the United States. These superstars will compete in the international tournaments in different countries, which will help the USA to stand out and improve its overall performance. With the competition, the teams will also be more competitive. This will benefit the teams in all competitions, including the Olympics. Full basketball results can give an idea of the overall competition with matches, teams and players’ profile data.
